The best time to travel to Kenya is from July to October, which is the best wildlife viewing months. The wildebeest migration usually reaches the Maasai Mara in July and remains until October when they move back to the Serengeti in Tanzania.

Day 1: Arrival – Welcome to Kenya
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Then, drive to Wilson Airport, board your 1-hour flight to Lewa, arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, check-in at your lodge in Borana, a private property, there is guaranteed exclusivity, making every aspect of the safari experience personal, peaceful and uninterrupted – giving guests the rare opportunity to be totally immersed in nature.
Day 2: Exploring Laikipia
Borana Conservancy offers some of the most thrilling, authentic and unique ways to encounter Kenya’s wildlife and wilderness thanks to conservation efforts. You may choose some of these optional activities: Horseback riding, Walking Safari, Mountain Biking, Family Experiences, and Helicopter Trips.
Day 3: Off to Samburu
Board your charter flight to Samburu, a place of rich natural diversity with an astounding number of animals from huge majestic elephant to lion, leopard, and cheetah. Explore ‘Samburu Special Five’: the Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Gerenuk antelope, and Somali ostrich. Check-in at your luxury lodge.
Day 4: Samburu
We suggest a few optional activities for this day such as guided walks, bird watching, stargazing or world-class spa and beauty treatments, take a game drive, camel ride or further reaches of the conservation, spend a night or two fly-camping under mosquito net tents in the wilderness.
Day 5: The Masai Mara
Fly to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, its tawny, wildlife-stuffed savannahs are familiar to anyone who has watched nature documentaries. The backdrop to ‘the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth’, the annual migration of over one million wildebeest. Continue to your luxury lodge and check-in. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and an evening sundowner on your way back to the camp.
Day 6: Safari in the Mara
Spend the day sampling the various activities that the luxury lodge has to offer: game drives, walking safari, balloon safari, and Bush dinner alongside lanterns and candles for lighting.
Day 7: Departure
Board your charter flight back to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound flight connection.

Day 1: Arrival – Nairobi
Welcome to Nairobi, transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Nairobi, So Much To See And Do!
Start your morning at David Sheldrick Wildlife center that has successfully hand-raised over 150 infant elephants and has accomplished its long-term conservation priority by effectively reintegrating orphans back into the wild herds of Tsavo.
After lunch, visit the Karen Blixen museum, the farmhouse gained international fame with the release of the movie ‘Out of Africa’ an Oscar-winning film based on Karen’s autobiography by the same title.
Continue to a giraffe center, an African Fund for Endangered Wildlife project, there, you will be able to look eye to eye with a Rothschild’s giraffe, and feed it on pony nuts.
Day 3: The Highest Mountain in Kenya
Drive to your hotel situated in the shadow of Mt Kenya. One of the world’s highest National Parks, Mount Kenya is an extinct volcano some three and a half million years old. After lunch enjoy an afternoon of game drives (an adventure that entails viewing wildlife in the comfort of a 4×4, a sure way to give you that classical safari feeling. Drive to your Tented Camp and check-in.
Day 4: Enjoy the Wildlife in Samburu
After breakfast, drive to the Samburu National Reserve. Rugged and remote, this wildlife reserve provides some of the best and most colorful game viewing in the country. Enjoy noon game drives, then head to the Elephant Bedroom Camp, this small and exclusive safari camp is located within the Samburu National Reserve right on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River.
Day 5: Experience the Wonders of the Natural World in Samburu
Spend all day n the Samburu National Reserve. The reserve is rich in wildlife with fame for abundance in rare northern specialist species such as the Grevy Zebra, Somali Ostrich, Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx (Also referred as Samburu Special). The reserve is also popular with a minimum of 900 elephants. Large predators such as the Lion, Leopard, and Cheetah are an important attraction. Wild dog sightings are also a common attraction to this unique protected area. Birdlife is abundant with over 450 species recorded.
Day 6: Explore the Savannah Wilderness in Masai Mara
Transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Masai Mara. Maasai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos. Dinner and overnight at Mara Intrepids Camp. Overlooking the Talek River, at the very confluence of the Mara’s four game-viewing areas, Mara Intrepids Camp enjoys one of the most spectacular locations in the world’s best-known wilderness.
Day 7: Game-Viewing in Masai Mara
With morning and afternoon game drives, you have ample time to discover all that this globally famous wilderness has to offer. A pristine wilderness of haunting beauty, it promises its visitors a profusion of wildlife, prolific birdlife and the unprecedented opportunity of catching up with all the members of the ‘Big Five’ in one morning! In Africa, the Big Five game animals are the lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo.
Day 8:Relish in the Reserve at Masai Mara
With morning and afternoon game drives, you have ample time to discover all that this globally famous wilderness has to offer. A pristine wilderness of haunting beauty, it promises its visitors a profusion of wildlife, prolific birdlife and the unprecedented opportunity of catching up with all the members of the ‘Big Five’ in one morning!
Day 9: Farewell from the Camp in Nairobi
Transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. You will be driven to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
